      At first glance, when thinking of what I would do for my magazine the first thing that came to my head was sports. Turns out, after thinking deeper, I realized that I am going to do a mental health magazine focusing on stress.      E ven to others this was different but a good different. When I started speaking to one of my close friends Sofia I was trying to get inspiration from her process and she thought I would do sports but it was stress that I decided to go with, something else that makes up a huge part of me.     I began to ponder about what I could do with this important topic and I knew I wanted to do something with music. "This Is America" Analysis

      Donald Glover released his track This Is America in 2018, and it quickly gained popularity. The music video racked up 11M likes and over 800M views on Youtube.      In 2019 the single won four Grammy's, Awards for Best Music Video, Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Melodic Rap Performance. Alongside these recognitions it also won multiple MTV and BET awards such as Best Choreography, Best Direction, and Best Impact Track, among other awards.      Deeper into the music video itself, it has served as a harsh, yet true depiction of society to this day, targeting the entire American population, regardless of race.  The video draws attention to the two different worlds we live in today, black vs white.      Glover draws emphasis to how there has still been no movement on gun laws promoting stricter ownership meanwhile mass shootings continue to occur. Thematic Storyboard Part 1

Characters:  Mom forky  Forky jr Creepy forky  Settings:  Home  Hospital  Park Camera Shots Establishing Shot  In the picture below the setting is established as the viewer can see the Hospital in which a creepy forky is hiding in, the Home in which Mom forky is relaxing, and the park behind her. All three of these locations will prove important settings in the story.    Close Up  Mom forky can be seen residing in her home.  Two Shot  Mom forky and her son forky jr being born at the local Hospital which is a short distance away from her home as seen in the background.  Mid Shot Mom forky and her son forky jr can be seen from a mid shot back home. In the background, the creepy forky can be seen once again hanging over their heads.
